Our Auction merchandise normally comes from many unique and diverse sources... store closings, customer returns, manufactures over runs, discontinued models, corporate bankruptcy, lost freight, open box, or scratch and dent. Because of the diverse nature of our products we often know very little about the items we sell. See our report card! It is equally difficult for us to know for certain if the merchandise is complete (with all its accessories) or if every option functions perfectly. Many items are in perfect or even new or like new condition but some items may have issues. We try to thoroughly inspect as many items as possible. Items that have been inspected that are checked for quality and functionality and are fully operational are guaranteed and may be returned or exchanged. Items with a starting bid of .99 cents have only been given a casual observation and are not guaranteed and may not be returned or refunded. See Refund Policy below

PriceLow-Auctions is sometimes simply unable because of time restraints to spend a great deal of time testing and checking each item beyond a casual observation of the physical condition and, in some cases, whether or not the unit powers on (if it is electrical).Items Not Thoroughly Checked out have an .99 cent opening bid with no reserve and NO GUARANTEE.

Our 99 cent Auctions are not for everyone because there is a level of uncertainty about the product being auctioned. Even with many satisfied customers we must point out that our auction business is not a retail operation and we are unable to offer customer support, guarantees, after sale service, refunds, exchanges or replacements. Despite any and all observations by the lister your product may not be what you expected or it may have issues beyond what we observed. Please carefully consider this information and bid accordingly when bidding on a 99 cent item.

SHIPPING
Winning bidders are required to pay within 7 days of auctions close and there is a $1.50 packing and handling fee for each item.
Your item will be shipped to you within 60 hours of receiving cleared payment. (not including weekends.)
Please provide a physical address or a postal address. We ship USPS & UPS. See the auction for shipping details.
Shipping Insurance is included on all items shipped UPS up to $100.00 in value. Should you choose to decline shipping insurance on pre-set shipping or on items over the $100.00 limit you accept full responsibility for all damages or losses incurred in the shipping process.
NO Fixed Price Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, PR, FPO's and APO'S without prior approval. Check before bidding.
WE COMBINED SHIPPING
PriceLow / Auctions offers combined shipping on multiple purchases in order to save you money. The combining of shipments can be difficult because of the extreme variation of the products that we sell (which range vastly in size, weight and fragility). PriceLow has developed a general system that usually works to everyone's satisfaction. After you win multiple auctions you will be allowed to combine your items automatically through our check out system and a shipping discount will be applied.
